I am going through some files on my computer just in case it dies out on me. If you follow me on Twitter, you'd know that I am experiencing the vertical LCD line of death for iMACs. It's a sign that my computer or at least the screen is nearing it's time. Anyway, I figured I should post some random photos on my LJ before I lose it.

Below is a pic from Nuit Blanche 2009. We stayed up past 4am that night. I can't believe we ate pho at those inhuman hours. Getting up for work the next morning was killer.

I was sitting on the steps of the old city hall with Miso.
I've drastically cut down on my online life for the past few months. Trying to catch up now is breaking my mind. The progression of the TVD CW series, <s>Twilight</s> New Moon tomfoolery, and of course all the fashion related communities...their combined forces are sucking my soul. @_@

Anyway, I got my first hair cut since last September. Don't bother trying to imagine how I looked like for the ladder months. I will help you with the imagery myself: mountain hag.

Currently, I'm sporting blond highlights, a side-swept fringe, and some layers. Will post pics when photobucket works again.

My dog also has grown quite a bit while I was MIA from LJ. He is a whopping 10lbs. What a fatass eh? When he sits, his rear end becomes this giant pool of furred lard on the floor. His name now is "Miso-fat".

I can look at this picture all day. ♥_♥

We ordered the "Super Personal Custom Kit - Full" which includes 12 full sized items for $50 USD. Note that is this is after getting a free makeup sample kit from them so we already have an idea of what we're getting. I would recommend you to get their Free Sample Makeup Kit if you want to try out some of their products before buying. All you have to do is pay for shipping. Shipping came up to about $6 to Canada for you guys in the US, it would probably be even cheaper. Anyway, I've wanted to try out Everyday Minerals makeup for a while now because it has some nice reviews from the makeup community. It uses organic, all-natural ingredients which is growing popular these days but is still hard to find.

Left: This is Winged Butter in semi-matte (8 grams). In my crap lighting at home it seems like a decent match for my NC30 skin. Will have to test it out again in natural lighting.
It has a very nice and silky texture and goes on well. The only real issue is getting the stuff out from the container.
I would suggest you pop out the sifter cap instead of tapping the makeup out bit by bit through those tiny holes like an idiot. Trust me, wisdom through experience. -_-

Right: This is the one of their finishing powders, the most basic one called Finishing Dust (9 grams). It's probably the item that I am most pleased with out of the batch.
The powder is so fine and silky, an absolute pleasure to apply onto the face. For those who are not too sure about what it does, a finishing dust is simply used to set your makeup.
This particular one is supposed to decrease shine and give your face a very soft and flawless look. I one I choose applies on translucent so it should be fine for all skin types and complexions.

Start to Finish Bronzer is a full sized sample (8 grams) that they gave us as a part of their holiday promotion.
I haven't used this so I'm gonna just do some copy and pasting. :p
A premiere Start to Finish Kaolin with a richer, natural bronze tone. Closable Sifter Jar.
Well, there you go. FYI, The actual colour is way darker than my picture.

Top: An eyeshadow called Mistletoe (2.5 grams). It's one of the free holiday gifts. The colour is very a pretty forget green with decent pigmentation and a slight shimmer.
It's very lovely but I'm pretty sure you can find clones of this from many other brands. I did a swatch of this below.

Left: This is the last freebie item, an eyeshadow called Frost Bitten (2.5 grams and I can't find website link, sorry).
It's basically a white shimmer eyeshadow. Would probably be like MAC's vanilla pigment, which is a very useful colour to have as a highlight or for mixing and blending.

Bottom: Floating Feathers (3.5 grams) is an eyeshadow that I actually ordered. From the outside it looks identical to Frost Bitten. (See swatch below)
However, after doing a swatch I've noticed that this applies translucent as opposed to Frost Bitten's more opaque white.
It's a very lovely shimmer and is exactly what I was looking for.

Left: This is Summer Stroll (8 gams), a sheen blush in pressed powder format. Both the website's and my picture are totally off.
It's a peachy coral which does have a sheen as it has advertised. For such a summery colour, it goes on strong. I had one heck of a time blending it out with my brushes.
I had to apply some more of the foundation to soften it a little on my face. Nevertheless, I do like the end results. The peachy stain on my cheeks is really cute for day time wear.

Right: Fairly Light Golden (8 grams). Since I am a sucker for pressed powders, I choose this on impulse. It is lighter than what I had expected but still in the wearable range for my skin tone.
It is definitely lighter and more yellow/golden than my NC30 items. After swatching with my other base products, it seems to be shinier on the skin but it has good coverage.
Another thing I've noticed is that out of all the Everyday Minerals items I got today, this has the worst scent.
None of these products are made with fragrance and their natural scents are generally unnoticeable so the smell of this one surprised me a little.

The Kabuki brush is only $10 and well worth the price. Very soft to touch and seems to be comparable to more expensive brands out there.
The rounded top which feels nice on the skin and it is nicely packed (not skimpy with bristles). Its synthetic bristles are vegan and eco-friendly which is a plus for many.
The handle is made of bamboo and that makes me happy. :) It'll be nice if was a tiny bit longer IMO.
I didn't use this today because I don't want to wash it so I can't say much about how well it picks up and applies makeup but I have a feeling it won't disappoint.

A few swatches as promised:

1. Summer Stroll blush
2.Mistletoe eyeshadow
3.Frost Bitten eyeshadow
4. Floating Feathers eyeshadow

I used flash on my camera, so unfortunately it washes out the makeup. When I turn the flash off, it'll be too dark in my room too see my face.
I'll go through what I did even though you probably can't tell what the heck I am talking about.

To start, I applied on my MAC prep and prime, UB primer potion, and some studio finish concealer.
I tried not go overboard with these because the main idea was to test out Everyday Minerals makeup.
I wore the semi-matte Winged Butter as my foundation. Then I used the Soft Medium sample (in group photo but not reviewed by itself) for contouring.
Then I used the Summer Stroll blush and blended it out to soften on my face.
Lastly, for the face I stippled the Finishing Dust all over which smoothed and softened everything up.
For my eyes I used some of the Floating Feathers under my brow for highlighting.
I wanted to use just Mistletoe but then thought it looked a little dull so I ended up using my MAC shadestick in Jade for a base. The base made the Mistletoe green really pop out.
Then I used Frost Bitten to blend out the harsh edges. A terrible combination by the way. >_>
I did it for the sake of using all the eyeshadow but normally I would have used a nice golden or tan to fade out the green nicely as well of pick up with yellow shimmer undertones.
For my right eye, I only used Frost Bitten. In real life, you've be able to see the colour difference on each of my eyelids.
Lastly for the eyes, I used MAC Backtrack gel liner and Covergirl Lash blast mascara.
(Ideally, since this is a natural and girly look I'm going for, I would also put in false lashes but I opted not to since it's the middle of the night.)
Finally, for my lips I applied some Blisterx chapstick because my lips desperately needs some exfoliating.
Over that I wore my new MAC Creme d'nude cremesheen lipstick and Nars Striptease lipgloss.

Here another photo under slightly different lighting but still with that cursed flash.

It actually makes me a little nervous to post these photos. Two large and clear images of my face. :S My usual webcam pics hides the flaws. lol

Kicking start the holiday season with some new self indulgent icons. My new default one kinda reminds me of the holidays. Don't ask me why.

Anyway, like I said last entry, this post will be a huge makeup haul but out of the kindness of my materialistic heart I have written a brief review of each item. (Image heavy cut below)

Anna Sui: 002 Liquid eyeliner. Don't get fooled by the bottle colour.
The 002 is actually a near black metallic-y grey.
If you don't want to end up looking like an ancient Egyptian, I'd stick with this instead of the 001 (the blackest black).
The tip is very fine which is a plus for me but overall this product is a disappointment, especially for its price.
The liner flakes too easily with little to no staying powder. While it has a very nice cherry-like scent I find that hours after putting makeup I can still smell it.
Personally I'm not too fond of Anna Sui makeup and I find it very over-rated as with many of their things.
The brand seems very popular in Asian so it's easy to buy into the hype but if you're looking for quality there are other options out there.

NARS blush: Orgasm. I'm not sure if a description is necessary for this infamous blush.
This is a holy grail for many makeup wearers around the world.
It works wonders on a variety of skin tones, giving you an understated
bit of peachy-pink, after-love glow (hence the inspiration for the name) on your cheeks that you (and everyone else) will fall in love with.
p.s. Use this with the MAC 129 brush and you'll be in heaven!

NARS Lipgloss: Striptease. A very nice nude that isn't too sheer as with some lipglosses.
The texture is a little stickier and thicker than what I would like
but that can easily but fixed with some heating (the hot water method).
Collecting nude lip colours is really addictive for me so I had to have this of course.
However, my #1 is still the Sephora 20 nude and it'll take something really special to knock it down from that spot.

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish: Light Flush. A GORGEOUS product. (My photo here is actually pretty crap.)
Gives your skin a nice pink flushed shimmer. Can be used as a nice finish or on its own as a light blush.
MSFs are pretty awesome if you want to look radiant. I would recommend anyone to get at least one in their makeup collection.

MAC lipstick: Aristo-chic. It is a part of the older Antiquitease collection.
It is a pink with a subtle coral which I think works well for many occasions.
Definitely appropriate even for daytime wear because it's not overwhelming. Glad I snatched this up.
Just lovely overall, from packing to its pleasant scent.

MAC: Brow finisher. This kinda explains itself. You wouldn't want your eyebrows to be missing (or worse - ugly) at the end of the day right?

Clinique: Creme shaper for eyes in 102 frosty. A white liner to brighten up the eyes is always useful.
Sometimes it's hard to find one that has good staying power.
I'm on evaluating this one so no opinion about it for now.

MAC brush: The 187 stippling brush. Another hot item in the makeup community.
Applies your base powders so naturally that it gives you an air brushed look.
Works wonders in dispersing mineral makeup, powders, or whatever you're using evenly on the face.
I know branded brushes is hard on your pockets but the actual quality of the bristles makes a huge difference.
Try putting on makeup using good, high-end brushes and you'll see how hard it is for anyone to go back to a drug store brand brush.
MAC brushes are so soft and if you take care of them, they will last you a long time so look at it as an investment.

Long time no see. I was sick for about two weeks during which I just bummed around in my room and re-watched two seasons of my fav anime. (I did it huddled under a blanket and in the dark...it was therapeutic.)

I got better in time to watch Twilight on the 21st.
I have been pretty bad the last few weeks with my eating healthy plan. I blame this on the midterms. One of these days I want to condition myself to crave carrots or celery whenever I need pick-me-up. xD

And speaking of junk food...I love sakura flavoured Kit Kats. They taste really similar to milky strawberry but with the after taste of cherries. There are some really fabulous candies and confectioneries overseas.

I am addicted to British products which fortunately are somewhat more easily available than Asian stuff. All of you people in England right now, I will totally trade in some of our Canadian ketchup chips for your prawn cocktail crisps.

MAC Lipglass Underage.
MAC Lustre Lipstick in Pretty please.

[Edit] OMG this post just reminded me about a snack I want to try. I was chatting with a friend of a co-worker weeks and weeks ago. She is from Australia and she told me about this party snack called Fairy Bread. O_O

Apparently you take Wonderbread (she was very adamant about it being Wonderbread) with crusts cut off and spread it with butter and then you top it with rainbow sprinkles. :DDDDDDDDD I don't know about you guys but I think it sounds kinda awesome.

I'm very excited for the Korean Hana Yori Dango. Kim Hyun Joong! :DDD

Speaking of Korean drama, what frightening travesty is this? Dare I watch it? I'm sure I heard about it before but it caught my eye again when I was searching for English remakes of Asian movies.

I definitely want to see this on the other hand. Emily Browning is in it which a plus for me. Not to sound like a creepo but I can't stop obsessing over young female actresses. xD

I've been craving this particular dish (hwae dop bop) for weeks. I still have not had a chance to get it. It's driving me crazy because the craving is making me eat more of everything else. I even had a ton of sashimi tonight for dinner but because there's no spicy sauce, the craving did not go away at all. T_T

Just finished re-watching They Kiss Again and then ISWAK. SO much Joe Cheng love. I find that Ariel and Joe's couple scenes are way more natural looking than some of the other dramas out there. The first season might still be a little artificial if you have a really critical eye, but by the second season you can tell how comfortable they are with each other.

This drama has been one of the most aggravating and sweetest that I've ever watched. When Zhi Shu's a bastard, he's really a mean bastard but when he's being sweet, you forgive him for all the douche-baggery from the previous episode. This (along with the help of Disney) is seriously gonna mess up my expectations for real men. >_>

This TL;DR post is delving into some serious Asian-ness so many of you wont have a clue about what I'm rambling on about. I must say that I've been re-watching a ton of dramas by Vincent Jiao (the dorkiest crush I will ever admit to). Well, it puts me in a mood. =3

Anyway, the other select few who do know what's going on... *high fives* ^_^

If you're up to date with Asian media you may already be aware that a movie version of the classic Chinese tale, The Butterfly Lovers starring Charlene Choi of Twins and our favourite Fahrenheit heart-throb, Wu Zun, will be released quite soon. There have been very positive reactions since The Butterfly Lovers is without doubt one of the most beautiful stories to be told and when you throw in a few of the hottest young HK and Taiwanese stars, it's to be expected that there will be great anticipation for this film.

However, I'm gonna be a total pessimist and say that this movie is will be a complete joke.

1. The odds of this production measuring up to the highly acclaimed 2007 series, Liang Shanbo & Zhu Yingtai is <s>highly unlikely</s> impossible. If any of you have viewed the 2007 TV reenactment of the story or have even heard about it, you'd understand that the series utterly deserved all the praise it had received. Needless to say, the sheer amount of work that went into the production had paid off.

2. Unlike the original story where the plot centered on the scholars and the relationships, this movie ia actually a wuxia genre. I can't wrap my mind on when exactly the tale of unrequited love (and scenes set mostly in a school) would involve swords and flying. By changing the genre, we already know that the movie plot will mostly likely differ greatly from the original. And you know what they say about messing with a good thing? You get Romeo and Juliet in space. Yes, bad things happen.

3. Wu Zun has no previous experience in acting in the wuxia genre. Just trying to imagine him in period costume weirds me out.* I'm sure once I watch the movie, I'd eat my words and start fangirling (for which Chinese girl wouldn't crush on the endearing but oblivious scholar, Liang Shanbo? >_>) but as of now, this is my opinion.

4. Charlene is annoying as hell as with 90% of Hong Kong stars. Apologies if I'm offending any hard core Twins fans (or HKers) but every time I see either Charlene or Gillian star in another movie, my respect for whatever it is just lowers. The worst thing is, their growing popularity is like a disease. I see Charlene (and Gillian pre-Edisen scandal) cameo and get roles in just about every other new HK movie these days. Why am I being so bitchy about this? Let's just say that it's the equivalent of having MaryKate and Ashley staring in all the blockbuster movies of the year. How would you like THAT people? Heh. I'm headdesking so hard right now. -_-

If you're wondering about the 10%, I have a special place in my heart for Dicky Cheung. :D Journey to the West anyone? Benny Chan is okay too but it was Dicky that stole our hearts in the first series. All you old school people remember when JTTW2 came out with Benny and that heart crushing disappointment?

5. It's a movie! How the heck will they try to fit all the epicness in something that will be at most an hour and a half long? I simply don't understand why there needs to be new and re-done movie version of this story. They did a fine job last year with the TV series. There have been all sort of stuff like an animated film and operas. Just let it be done with already. :/ What were they thinking? I mean, did you enjoy Disney's Cinderella II and Cinderella III and A Cinderella Story with Hillary Duff and Another Cinderella Story, with Selena Gomez? LMAO I'm not even making these titles up, hence the italics.

[Edit]

* HAHAHA just look at him on the left! Does have a scholarly vibe eh? Wu Zun in old fashioned duds might just be fitting. xDDD

I wasn't sure if I wanted to post about this topic because it's kinda touchy with some people but I've definitely hinted about it in a couple of my previous posts.

SO why are Asian girls so damned <s>cute</s> scary? Their giant doe eyes seem to stare deep within the depths your soul yet bizarrely enough you can't look away because there is an indescribable appeal to their photoshopped (we think) cuteness.

I am talking about ulzaang girls. I'm not sure how many people are familiar with the term but I'm sure you've seen what I'm talking about.

Let this youtube video illustrate:

<lj-embed id="6" />
Chilling isn't it?

My point for this post isn't actually to criticize since we're all guilty of doing some of the typical Ulzaang Tactics of Kawaii regardless of whether we truly understood what we're doing. Some have labeled it as MySpace cam-whoring but I feel that the ulzzang phenomenon is so distinctive that slapping on that title is ultimately incorrect.

So now that we know what it is how do we achieve it?

There are some tools that is essential:

- Makeup
- Circle lenses
- Lighting

In terms of makeup, I think the actual brands are insignificant and there are variations such as including any other products you want to use or the order of your makeup routine. However, there is general consensus that these things are needed:

A good foundation or powder along with your regular concealer. It works to cover up all the imperfections of your face especially on camera. While some of the girls do have very nice skin, I'm sure they're not all anime-like flawless.

Once you put on your circle lenses of the day you definitely need an eye liner. I find that either liquid or gel works. You should apply it close to your eyes on both the lower and upper lashline going with the shape of your eyes. Keep in mind that you only need enough to widen your eyes and not tread on emo or overly fierce looking territory.

(For Asian girls, they definitely make use of false lashes and eyelid glue but I think these are unnecessary if you have some nice god given attributes that we don't. Always use mascara though.)

Eyeshadow is needed even if it seems like the ulzzang girls aren't wearing any because they are. I'm not talking about the dark purples, reds that seems to be in for Western fashion mags this season. I'm actually referring to shades that work to accentuate and, most importantly, brighten your eyes. It's hard to describe without pictures but you need a highlighter under your brows and a white pencil or shadow on the inner corner of your eye. A hint of colour (your choice) is recommended but like I said, the idea is not to look like you're wearing globs of makeup. Typical Asian makeup is all about looking fresh and dewy or a very natural glow.

You can proceed to brush a little bit of pinkish blush if you want but ulzzang girls really have no cheek bones and more likely the lighting will soften away everything except their giant eyes and the outline of their facial features. There is controversy about the "moon faced" look but I swear that's what all ulzzang girls look like. lol cheekbones? What's the point of contouring and highlighting what they don't have? They are going for the anime look anyway.

Dab on some lipgloss and you're good to go!

I'm assuming right now you that you have a nice soft Asian wave and a cute fringe. If not, you have to go back and look up how to do your hair. (And for the love of god, please shape your eyebrows. That should have been done before anyone has read this post down to here) :p

Okay, so you've got your cute face on all you need is a camera or webcam and enough light on your face to get a nice glow without making the mistake of going too high contrast.

Now we can all look cuter than an SNSD member. ^_^

[Edit] I did a quick google for you and soompi forum seems to have some step by step info and an more in depth definition of ulzzang here (scroll to the bottom).

Second Cup sent me (along with some other people) an email yesterday to set up an interview. I suppose I can consider it as good news if I disregard the fact that I gave them my resume three months ago.

I will admit I am slightly tempted because their store location is so much more closer to my house. Anything to cut down on commuting time though I doubt I can work much either way when school starts...which according to the coutdown on my phone, is in 18 days. >_>

By the by, the Canadian National Exihibiton opens today. Our Toronto weather has been quite wonky for the entire day so I'm most certainly glad I am not scheduled to work. I can't say the same for my brother though. Haha poor guy has to work in an outdoor booth too.

Currently, I am bumming around the house. If I weren't so lazy I'd be at the MAC pro store on Queen street. I wanna check out if their Cult of Cherry collection is out yet. Not sure if I like the autumn shades but I wanna poke at it for fun. I have some really urgent items in my MAC wish list right now. I want the Viva Glam V Lipstick pretty badly.

[Edit] Holy smokes, I almost forgot to talk about this. The Harry Potter movie is moved to next July (boo!) but...BUT the Twilight movie is being moved up to November 21st from December. OMFGGG YEAH! YEAHHHHHH <s>trick yeah</s>!

I am pretty sick of all my old icons. I will be changing them ALL eventually. Don't be alarmed. I know I hardly ever change icons so when I do it probably pretty jarring to my friends list. lol I don't even know why I need to make some kind of public service announcement. >_>

I have also realized that more than half of my posts are friends only. Not quite sure what to do about that. Shall I put up a big sign and officially declare this journal as "Friends only" or should I continue with keeping it as public as possible?

Moving on...

I hope to finish making my charm bracelet before school starts but this is less and less likely. I am missing one important charm and I can't find it in any craft store. I may have to buy this final piece off ebay. I also need some smaller sized connector hoops. I can't believe I failed to notice that huge design flaw. -_- Yours truly is definitely the opposite of handy, crafty, or whatever people call it. Making stuff is not my forte.

Will post pics. :)

If it weren't for having to go to work, I would've just read it all in one go as I normally do with long awaited books.

All the leaked spoilers are now without a doubt, true, and perhaps twice as hilarious because this crack fic is actually published.

This book somehow failed so hard it actually wins. I don't think I have ever laughed so much from reading words on a page.

For me, there was a lot of contradicting feelings about almost every aspect of the book. Bella's character was a little more kick-ass than her old whiny self yet at the same time unbelievably Mary Sue. Jacob had some great snarky liners but GOD WHY? The whole Nessie+Jacob thing may the one thing that I cannot forgive. It says a lot about me that I can accept the pregnancy and the freakish vampire/human mutant baby but to throw poor Jacob in this fuckery? Even my rabid fandom cannot save this one.

All the loose ends ends from the previous books (aside from a couple of very minor ones) were tied up but everything was convenient to the point of being unintentionally funny.

I don't know what Meyer was thinking (or smoking) but giving Bella everything is actually not what even the most devout of fans want. There is an expectation for Bella to sacrifice something and let the story conclude naturally.

Breaking Dawn could have ended even half way and it would have made the book less agonizing. It felt like the book should have been split in two. First the arc with Bella's wedding and her pregnancy. Then a separate book to deal with the Loch Ness baby and the drama with the Volturi. As well, if Meyer cut down on all the boring fluff bits and added some more substantial plot I wouldn't mind paying for an extra hardcover in the saga.

I think the splitting it into two books would have also worked well into easing the readers into all those changes and how it is to end. Reactions to everything that occurred in Breaking Dawn could have differed greatly (with the exception of the Jacob's pedo imprinting. I will NEVER get over that >:/).

My random conclusion: if there ever is a chance that Breaking Dawn will be made into a movie, it could potentially be awesome...all that delicious gore and awkwardness. >:D

I seemed to have used up all my SD card memory on demonic squirrels.

Wearing pink out is definitely a new experience for me. Sweet lolitas seem to garner a lot of <s>attention</s> people asking us about our missing sheep. -_- It's too bad I really don't have a good response to that.

My imaginary scenario:

Cocky stranger: "Where are your sheep, sweetheart?"
Me: "Here they are! ^_^" *flips him the finger*

What actually happened:

Cocky stranger: "Where are your sheep, sweetheart?"
Me: *smiles* "We don't have sheep, sir! ♥"

*Sigh*
And there's more...

The street performer started playing "Mary Had A Little Lamb" when Sonia and I walked by. The clothing store somehow switched to a horrd Gwen Stefani song moments after we come in. It was terrible! I think I'm gonna sell all my pink jsks. I am a gothic lolita at heart xD I rather people just glance at me and then scurry away. Heh.

Anyway, Sonia if you are reading this... ilu bb! It makes me cry giant emo tears when we see so little of each other nowadays. Kinda makes me miss high school...except not really. I effing hate high school. xD

Bwahahahaha I have finally put together my costume for the Breaking Dawn release event! It was no small feat I tell you. You have to manage to look like a character in regular clothes if you understand what I mean. None of the Twilight characters have anything distinctive to work with aside from a few physical attributes like hair colour or eye colour.

It was a challenge but I think I put together an ensemble that people will recognize. It'll be great (I hope). Waiting another week might drive me crazy from that fact alone.

*anticipation*

This will be fun!

Went shopping today! While I'm in love with all the new things I now have, my wallet wept big tears after I left Coach. I suppose I showed some restraint by not buying the seven bras I picked out from La Senza and narrowing it down to three. Going to Forever21 ruined it all though.

I should probably stay home for a while. Monkey see, monkey buy...

On the bright side, I have some new goods to upload onto my poupeegirl account. This obsession is probably pretty bizarre to a good portion of my friends list but you won't truly understand the addiction that is http://pupe.jp/ until you've actually made an account and started playing.

From photographing all the things I own, I start noticing trends in the things I buy. I seem to enjoy buckles...and white.

Unfortunately, I have to sell the middle pair because it's half a size too tight but I will definitely re-buy them because they are so gorgeous. Shoe love~

[Edit] One item I truly regret not getting today was the new YA novel by Kelley Armstrong. I had The Summoning in my hands and the temptation to pull out my credit card beeline to the checkout was strong. Somehow I resisted.

I could have been reading it right now. :/

Did I miss a holiday or something? I hear fireworks in the park near my house. It's almost 4 am by the way.

This blog is actually not about fireworks at all. It's about my stuff. YES, ~sTuFF~ as in material goods. ^________^

After the fifth tine I dropped my phone, I've realized that it needs some armour. So here is my new phone case and apologies to those who have seen it on my poupee already:

(back view only)

oniwitch, congrats on your new job!
